Padel Coach Wanted – Join Padel North

Are you passionate about padel and player development?

Due to growing demand for training and academy programs, Padel North is looking for a dedicated and ambitious padel coach to join our team and help develop players of all levels – from beginners to competitive players.

You will become part of a strong and passionate training environment where quality, development, and community are at the core.

The Role

As a coach at Padel North, you will work with group training sessions, private lessons, and academy programs. You will play an important role in creating great experiences and helping our members improve their game.

You will also receive thorough onboarding in the Padel North training philosophy from our Head Coach, Jesus Olmo, ensuring a consistent and high training standard across our academy.

We are looking for someone who

• Has minimum 3 years of coaching experience

• Has a relevant coaching certification

• Is passionate about padel and player development

• Is outgoing, engaged, and good at building relationships

• Is flexible with working hours, including evenings
